Yes. Under the Standard Free Vending Service, there is no cost to your business. HU Vending only needs permission to place the machine onsite, and we handle all stocking, maintenance, repairs, and ongoing service.

How Long Is the Agreement?

The agreement renews yearly, but you may cancel at any time for any reason with 30 days' written notice.

How Large Is the Machine?

The combo machine is approximately 6 feet high, 3 feet wide, and 3 feet deep, with snacks on top and drinks on the bottom.

How Much Electricity Does It Use?

The machine uses no more electricity than an average small refrigerator. It is energy efficient and should not have a meaningful impact on utility costs.

How Soon Can the Machine Be Installed?

Once the agreement is signed, it typically takes up to 45 days for the machine to arrive and be installed onsite.

How Often Is the Machine Restocked?

Machines are restocked weekly or more frequently when needed. Live inventory tracking helps HU Vending monitor product levels and provide proactive service.
